Akasa flight left Pune for Delhi on the plane there were 185 passengers and 6 cabin crew members. Passengers are the people flying and cabin crew are the airline staff who take care of passengers during the flight.

An Akasa flight left Pune for Delhi very late at night on a Saturday. Shortly after take off a passenger said there was a bomb in his bag. The pilot decided to land the plane quickly at Mumbai airport for safety. When the police checked the passenger’s bag  they didn’t find any explosives. it turned out to be a false alarm, and everyone was safe.

The pilot quickly contacted the air traffic control in Mumbai and asked for permission to make an emergency landing explaining what had happened The plane landed at Mumbai Airport at 12:42 PM when it landed, security officers from the Central Industrial Security Force, responsible for airport security, rushed onto the plane and also informed the Bomb Squad of the Bombay Police. Everyone was taking the situation very seriously to ensure safety.

Around 2:30 am, a team trained to find bombs carefully checked the passenger’s luggage and found no bomb or anything dangerous in the plane. The person who had mentioned the bomb was traveling with a family member. They explained that the passenger had taken medicine for chest pain and was acting strangely. So, the unwell passenger was taken to the hospital, and the police are looking into the situation. After everything was checked and sorted, the plane continued its journey from Mumbai to Delhi at 6 am.
