Corrections Policy

EnvoyPost corrects material factual errors transparently. Send a correction request to editor@envoypost.in with the article URL, the exact passage at issue, an explanation and supporting evidence.

Editors assess the evidence, contact relevant contributors where useful, and correct confirmed errors promptly. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently when they do not change meaning. A correction note is added when a change materially affects facts, context, a headline, attribution or the reader’s understanding. Updates that add later developments are labelled as updates rather than corrections.

We do not remove accurate reporting merely because it is unfavourable. Requests involving privacy, safety, court orders, copyright or a credible risk of serious harm receive a separate legal and ethical review.
