AI and Automation Policy

EnvoyPost may use software, including generative AI, to assist with research organisation, transcription, translation, headline alternatives, summaries, formatting or production checks. Automation is not a source and does not replace editorial responsibility.

A human editor remains accountable for publication. Material factual claims must be checked against reliable sources; quotations, dates, names, statistics and links require verification. AI-generated or materially synthetic images must not be presented as documentary photographs. When synthetic media is itself newsworthy, it must be clearly labelled and explained.

Bulk generation intended mainly to manipulate search traffic is not an acceptable publishing purpose. New or materially edited articles default to an advertising hold until the sourcing, originality, headline and image-rights checklist is completed.
